I love the website e-mealz. My husband signed us up for the low fat menu. It is fantastic! I get five recipes a week and they are pretty yummy! I believe it costs about $1.25 a week. I also love I'm an Organizing Junkie, I surf through the Mister Linky and find some meals that way.
Happy Meal Planning!

Wow that menu looks great!
I wish I was that ambitious! Nobody's ever around to cook for.
when I was raising the kids I always planned my meals as it is Cheaper, and get better meals that way. Good job for being so organized. Now that it is just me and hubby, I cook a good Sunday dinner ---and the rest of the week our schedules are so different, we both just eat what we can find. Which works for me, but my husband is not a disciplined eater, so he eats too many "junk food" items.
