Please Help!

I am doing my menu planning for this week.

{Check out Organizing Junkie's website if you need meal ideas. I love that site!}

Anyway, I am trying to figure out what I should eat for snacks and lunch. Grrr, I hate lunch. Do any of you have any healthy ideas for lunch or snacks? Please help!!! (Keep in mind, I am not a veggie person, but am trying to incorporate more into my life.) Thanks!!!

I totally into "lean pockets" or soups for lunch. Snacks I usually do vanilla yogurt w/ granola mixed in for one and then fruit for the other. (Usually...I'm not always good!)

I have been really in to Quakes mini cheese rice cakes lately. Sounds weird, but they are addictive. I have to buy the big bag because I eat the small bag in one sitting. I love them because they are pretty low cal.
