Flashback Friday

Tara from Too Much Information hosts Flashback Fridays! I thought I would participate this week by taking her questions and making them my own! {Sorry Tara, I couldn't get your button to work.}

I'm the one in the front on the right hand side next to my date in the white jacket.

1.Did you date someone from your school? Sort of. During high school, not really. In college, I did date someone who went to the same high school but he was a lot older than me, so we didn't even go to school during the same four years.

2. Did you marry someone from your high school? No

3. Did you car pool to school? No, I lived across the street

4. What kind of car did you have? 1978 Ford Bobcat. It was AWESOME!!!

5. What kind of car do you have now? Mazda 3

6. It's Friday night...where are you now? Usually home, having a child who goes to bed at 7 PM really limits our choices. Although, we do have date night once in awhile!

7. It is Friday night...where were you then? Football games, hanging out with my friends, driving to Ogden, anywhere and everywhere with my friends.

8. What kind of job did you have in high school? I worked for an accountant filing papers, making copies, and whatever else needed to be done.

9. What kind of job do you do now? Mom and Special Education Teacher

10. Were you a party animal? No.

11. Were you considered a flirt? I don't think so, but I had friends say I was. But, no I wasn't.

12. Were you in band, orchestra, or choir? No, but I did play Varsity tennis, Council Women on the Youth City Council, member of Key Club, Historical Society, National Honor Society, Newspaper Staff, and quite a lot more.

13. Were you a nerd? Define it. The word nerd seems to have so many definitions! So, sure, I was!

14. Did you get suspended or expelled? No

15. Can you sing the fight song? I know the fight, fight, fight part.

16. Who was/were your favorite teacher(s)? I had quite a few. I loved my AP History and English teachers Mr. Bishop and Mr. Demonja. I loved Mr. Fuller who taught Psychology. I had a lot of great teachers who made learning fun and respected us as little high schoolers.

17. Where did you sit during lunch? Sometimes in the cafeteria, sometimes we went out to eat, sometimes I went home. I never had one exact place that I would habit.

18. What was your school's full name? Box Elder High School

19. When did you graduate? 1998

20. What was your school mascot? Bee

21. If you could go back and do it again, would you? Heavens no! I loved my last two years of high school, but those first two years were a bit rough. Finding who I was and all. I loved my friends and what I was able to accomplish, but I would NEVER do it again!

23. Do you still talk to the person you went to Prom with? Junior Year, sort of. Does his wife count? Senior Year, no.

24. Are you planning on going to your next reunion? No, I live too far away. I also don't really care.

25. Do you still talk to people from school? Yes, I do! Aren't blogs wonderful!!!

26. School Colors? Purple and Yellow {I think}

27. What celebrities came from your high school? None that I know of.

I enjoy our bangs. Leave it to us to plop down front and center. I cannot believe that was 11 years ago!
